Popular protocols include Tabata (20s work / 10s rest ×8 rounds), 30-30 (30s each ×10), and 45-15. Beginners may start with longer rest (e.g., 30s work / 30s rest) and fewer rounds. Our presets let you jump right in, or you can create your own custom intervals.

Yes, this page is a static web tool. Once loaded, it runs entirely in your browser without needing an internet connection. You can even save it as a bookmark for quick access.

Currently the timer uses a built-in beep sound. You can toggle sound on/off using the switch above. Future updates may include custom sound options. In the meantime, most devices will play a short beep through the system audio.

You can set a preparation time (up to 30 seconds) before the first work interval begins. For cool-down, you can manually keep time after the final round, or we plan to add a dedicated cool-down timer in a future version.
