Click the Print Invoice button or the Download PDF button. Both open your browser's print dialog. To save as a PDF file, select "Save as PDF" as the printer destination in the dialog. Your invoice will be formatted perfectly for standard Letter or A4 paper.

Your data is stored only in your browser using localStorage. We do not upload, collect, or have access to any of your invoice data. When you clear your browser data, the saved information will be removed. No data is ever sent to any server.

Yes! In the Your Company section, there's an optional Logo URL field. Paste a direct link to your logo image (hosted on your website or any image hosting service), and it will appear on the invoice preview and printed output. Use a PNG or JPG with a transparent or white background for best results.

We support USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), JPY (¥), INR (₹), AUD (A$), and CAD (C$). Select your preferred currency from the dropdown in the Invoice Settings section. All amounts throughout the invoice will display using the chosen symbol.

Tax is calculated as a percentage of the subtotal minus discount. The formula is: (Subtotal − Discount) × Tax Rate%. You can set any tax rate (0–100%) in the settings section. The tax amount updates automatically whenever you modify items, discount, or the tax rate.

Absolutely. The invoice number field is fully editable. We auto-generate a default number (e.g., INV-2025-001), but you can replace it with your own numbering system — whether sequential, date-based, or client-coded. The number appears prominently on the invoice.

Yes — your data is automatically saved to your browser's local storage as you type. If you close the tab and return later (on the same browser), your invoice fields will be restored. Use the Reset button to clear all fields and start fresh at any time.

Click the + Add Item button below the items table. A new blank row will appear where you can enter a description, quantity, and unit price. The amount is calculated automatically. You can remove any row using the trash icon — at least one item row is always kept.

The invoice is optimized for both US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) and A4 (210 × 297 mm) paper sizes. Your browser's print dialog will automatically use your default paper size. For best results, ensure margins are set to "Default" or "Minimum" in the print settings.
