The tool automatically handles cross‑midnight sleep. If your wake‑up time is earlier than your bedtime (e.g., sleep at 10 PM and wake at 6 AM), it assumes the wake‑up is on the following calendar day and calculates the correct duration.

All data is saved locally in your browser’s localStorage. It remains private and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data or using private/incognito mode may remove the records.

You can delete any individual record by clicking the icon in the table. Editing a past entry is not supported in this version, but you can delete and re‑add with corrected data.

Rate your overall sleep quality from 1 (very poor) to 5 (excellent). Consider how rested you feel, how many times you woke up, and how quickly you fell asleep.

Click the Export CSV button above the history table. This will download a CSV file containing all your sleep records, which you can open with Excel, Google Sheets, or any text editor.

Yes! Because the tracker uses the sleep date and handles cross‑midnight durations automatically, it works regardless of your bedtime. Just choose the date when you started your main sleep period.
